In response to this inquiry, the general objective is to develop a didactic sequence focused on the teaching of round solids with the support of GeoGebra software. Specifically, it aims to: identify the main difficulties faced by high school students in learning the concepts and properties of round solids; and investigate the internalization of geometric concepts related to round solids through the mobilization, coordination, and conversion of semiotic registers by high school students. To achieve these objectives, this study is grounded in the Instrumental Approach (Rabardel, 1995) and the Theory of Semiotic Representation Registers (Duval, 1993). As a research methodology, the study employs Didactic Engineering, structured into the following phases: introduction, preliminary analyses, conception and a priori analysis, experimentation, a posteriori analysis, and validation. The preliminary analyses highlighted difficulties such as confusion between concepts and the improper application of formulas. During the experimentation phase, GeoGebra proved effective in facilitating the mobilization and conversion of semiotic registers, promoting greater student engagement and understanding. It was concluded that the didactic sequence mediated by the software enhanced the learning of round solids, emphasizing the importance of digital technologies in mathematics education and providing support for future pedagogical practicesPPGEM - Metodologia para ensino de matemática no nível médio
