All of this has impacted educational institutions since the preceptor manager needs to use innovative pedagogical methods to teach quality management and prepare residents for the job market, where there is a high demand for training and qualification. This research aimed to develop an educational product for teaching quality management to preceptor managers in the hospital context. A methodological study with a qualitative approach was conducted, characterized as action research following these steps: application of a form for socio-professional profile survey and interviews through focus groups. A total of 28 (twenty-eight) preceptor managers from a Public Hospital in the State of Pará participated in this study, resulting in two educational products: a Workshop Guide and an Ebook. Data were organized in charts and tables, and the form analysis was based on descriptive statistics, with absolute and relative frequency, mean, and standard deviation using R software. The content of the focus group interviews was analyzed following the guidelines of Bardin (2016).The development of a Workshop and the Flip-book can contribute to teaching quality management, minimize existing skill gaps among students, support continuous in-service education, and improve processes in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).PPG-ESA - Gestão e planejamento em ensino na saúde na Amazônia
