In this regard, health education is essential for training multiprofessional residents working in Neonatal Intensive Care Units, equipping them with the technical and scientific knowledge necessary to effectively implement these practices. This study aimed to develop educational products that enhance the learning of multiprofessional residents regarding neuroprotection in Neonatology. The study was conducted in two stages: a field research phase involving residents from the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Cardiovascular Health at the Gaspar Vianna Clinical Hospital Foundation, and another focused on the development of educational products for teaching this topic, with applications in multiprofessional residency programs. Based on the findings of the field research, two educational products were created: a workshop instructional sequence and a textbook, both addressing the theme of neuroprotection in Neonatology. The implementation of these products seeks to positively impact the quality of resident training, directly contributing to improved newborn care and, consequently, to the humanization of healthcare assistance, especially in Intensive Care Unit settings. In particular, the study is expected to have a significant impact on the teaching activities offered at the institution where it was conducted, serving as a model for other healthcare facilities facing similar challenges in the training of healthcare professionals.PPG-ESA - Fundamentos e metodologias em ensino na saúde na Amazônia
