The study stems from the identification of weaknesses in the relationship between teaching and service in daily work routines, particularly regarding the lack of pedagogical training among healthcare professionals involved in student supervision. The research was structured in two stages. The first, with a qualitative, descriptive-exploratory approach, consisted of an empirical investigation with nurse preceptors from Primary Health Units in the municipality of Parauapebas (PA), involving the collection of socioprofessional profiles and the conduction of focus groups. The data from the focus groups were processed using the IRaMuTeQ® software and subjected to content analysis based on Bardin’s methodological framework, revealing significant challenges related to the lack of institutional recognition of preceptorship, poor articulation with educational institutions, and insufficient didactic-pedagogical training. These results supported the second and main stage of the study: the development of an educational product. It consists of a workshop aimed at training nurse preceptors, designed based on the needs identified in the empirical field and structured with active teaching methodologies, accessible language, and visual resources. The decision to describe in detail the conception and development process of the educational product reinforces its formative character and aims to contribute to the understanding, appreciation, and replicability of this type of intervention, especially in the field of health education. The implementation of the workshop in a real context demonstrated its potential as a feasible strategy to enhance preceptor performance and promote teaching-service integration. It is worth noting that this action represents a strategy that can be applied in other contexts to strengthen this articulation, while acknowledging that its full consolidation requires the involvement of other stakeholders in the training process, as well as the implementation of institutional policies that formalize, recognize, and promote preceptorship in health services. Thus, this study points to a possible path to be built through an educational product.PPG-ESA - Gestão e planejamento em ensino na saúde na Amazônia
