In this context, threedimensional (3D) printing-based rehabilitation technologies have the potential to increase access to personalized, low-cost resources with clinical applicability. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effects of the TO HAND rehabilitation technology on functional components and occupational performance in individuals who underwent osteosynthesis for radius and ulna fractures. Methods: This quantitative, quasi-experimental, longitudinal pre–post intervention study included 20 adult patients receiving care at an outpatient rehabilitation service. Participants underwent a standardized protocol consisting of 10 sessions using TO HAND, a rehabilitation technology developed to support the therapeutic management of patients with radius and/or ulna fractures. Assessments were conducted before and after the intervention using the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) questionnaire, handgrip dynamometry, the Medical Research Council (MRC) scale, and goniometry. Statistical analyses included the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, Mann–Whitney U test, and Spearman's rank correlation, with the significance level set at 5%. Results: A significant reduction in functional disability was observed (Z = −3.920; p < 0.001), accompanied by improvements in muscle strength, handgrip strength, and range of motion across the assessed segments, with large effect sizes. Functional gains were positively correlated with improvements in muscle strength and forearm mobility, indicating that recovery of pronation and supination played an important role in functional improvement. Analysis based on the minimal clinically important difference demonstrated that participants with greater baseline functional impairment were more likely to achieve clinically meaningful improvement. Conclusion: The TO HAND rehabilitation technology promoted multidimensional functional recovery and improved occupational performance following osteosynthesis of radius and ulna fractures. These findings suggest that TO HAND is a promising, low-cost therapeutic approach with potential applicability in ehabilitation services and occupational therapy practice.PPGREAB - Avaliação e intervenção terapêutica nos sistemas neuromuscular
