It addresses the importance of the spaces of justice as civic spaces, points out the distinction between its various users, gives visibility to the issue of citizenship in Brazil, explains architectural models of courts throughout history and their current situation, and presents a post occupation justice. Among the theoretical contributions used, the Theory of Space Syntax excels in the analysis of the spaces studied. By bringing the architecture to the surface, the academic debate about space and society relations is stimulated. Similarities between the different buildings of the sample are revealed, characterizing a "judicial genotype", and the criticisms and the explicit preferences expressed in the users' speech stand out.Outros
