This study aimed to develop and implement an educational strategy in neurological semiology, using dramatization, to improve medical students’ performance. It was an applied research study with quantitative approaches, developed within the Graduate Program in Health Education in the Amazon (UEPA). The research was structured in three phases: (1) development and validation of dramatization scripts; (2) implementation of dramatization sessions and production of educational videos; and (3) usability validation of the videos with the target audience. The scripts were evaluated by twelve expert neurologists, achieving agreement rates above 90% in all items and content validity indices greater than 0.70, confirming their clarity, relevance, and pedagogical consistency. Application of the strategy with 23 sixth-semester medical students showed a statistically significant improvement in theoretical–practical performance (p< 0.05) and increased self-confidence and clinical reasoning. Students reported high satisfaction levels (mean scores above 4.5 on the Likert scale), highlighting the dramatization as an innovative, interactive, and motivating experience that fosters empathy and teamwork. In the usability validation, the educational videos obtained an average score of 86.5 points on the System Usability Scale (SUS), classified as excellent in applicability and clarity. The results confirm the effectiveness of dramatization as a teaching tool in medical education, contributing to reducing neurophobia and strengthening clinical competencies in neurology.PPG-ESA - Fundamentos e metodologias em ensino na saúde na Amazônia
