However, the regional reality reveals critical disparities in access and survival rates. In the specific context of the Lower Amazon, the problem takes on the contours of geographical and social isolation. Families face long distances to access specialized treatment, weakening continuous nutritional monitoring and making home nutritional management a survival challenge, especially for immunosuppressed patients. The objective of this study was to construct and semantically evaluate an educational technology on nutritional management aimed at caregivers of children with cancer in the Amazonian context. This is a research with a methodological interface developed in three stages: 1) Integrative Literature Review (ILR) to identify scientific evidence on nutritional strategies recommended for the support and clinical management of children and adolescents undergoing cancer treatment; 2) construction of a nutritional booklet based on the findings of the ILR and adapted to the regional reality; and 3) semantic evaluation. The analysis employed the Concordance Index (CI) and Cronbach's alpha coefficient to measure reliability. The RIL identified interventions based on screening protocols, immunonutrients, and behavioral strategies, which supported the content of the booklet aimed at managing gastrointestinal symptoms and food security. In the semantic evaluation, the educational technology obtained a global confidence interval of 95.6% and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.978. The domains of appearance and motivation reached 100% agreement, ratifying the clarity, attractiveness, and potential of the material for home care. The educational material is valid, reliable, and applicable to the Amazonian reality, overcoming health literacy barriers by bridging the gap between hospital guidance and daily management, promoting equity and food sovereignty in regional oncology support.PPGENF - Enfermagem em saúde pública e epidemiologia de doenças na Amazônia
