However, many students face difficulties in developing these skills, highlighting gaps in the articulation between theory and practice. The research adopted an applied methodological approach, with a methodological design, especially for the construction of the product, which was based on an integrative literature review, analysis of national curricular guidelines and listening to the educational needs of students. Among the main results, we highlight the improvement in student autonomy, in evidence-based clinical decision-making and in the systematization of nutritional assessment. It also highlighted the lack of systematized instruments for calculating nutritional parameters, supporting decisionmaking and integrating theory and practice. Based on the results, the A3 Nutrition application was developed, a web platform with an intuitive interface, which offers functionalities for calculating indicators such as IMC, GET, ideal weight, water requirements and nutritional screening. The product aims to optimize the interns' routine, promote student autonomy and support clinical reasoning in hospital nutrition. It is concluded that A3 Nutrition presents itself as a potentially useful pedagogical tool, built based on evidence and the real needs of students, with innovative and effective potential for improving the training process, promoting active and contextualized learning in health education.PPG-ESA - Gestão e planejamento em ensino na saúde na Amazônia
