The inclusion of preceptors in pedagogical practices favors the teaching-learning process and increases their technical and scientific capacity to act and produce knowledge as educators. In order to create strategies for managing health education to improve preceptorship, the following research question was developed: How would the management of health education improve the qualification of preceptorship in a teaching hospital in the state of Pará? research problem: Does the application of educational technologies corroborate management in Health Education and improve engagement in the teaching-learning process; pedagogical practice, teaching-service integration, and the qualification of preceptorship? General Objective: To evaluate the application of educational technologies for management in Health Education for the qualification of preceptorship in a Teaching Hospital in the State of Pará. Method: This is a methodological research, with a qualitative approach, carried out in seven stages (Integrative Literature Review; Scoping Review; Planning and implementation of an Intervention Proposal within the scope of Teaching Management; Technological production for the development of educational videos; Validation and Application of technologies). Content analysis, as proposed by Bardin, was used for data analysis, and the IRaMuTeQ software was used for data processing. Results and discussion: Thirty preceptors and thirty residents were interviewed about preceptorship, which highlighted the need for the creation of strategies within the scope of teaching management to improve preceptorship. Educational technologies were created based on the situational diagnosis and reviews (scoping and integrative literature) and were validated by experts and the target audience, with a Content Validity Index greater than or equal to 0.80 accepted using the Likert scale. Two educational products were created: an Intervention Proposal and three educational videos. The content of the Alpha Version was validated by the target audience (six preceptors) and by experts (preceptors acting as coordinators, tutors, or supervisors), and after validation, the Beta Version was developed. The proposed intervention had twenty-six actions; after validation, four were corrected and two were added; and changes were made to the playback time, captions, and spelling of the educational videos. When evaluating the application of educational technologies for teaching management, their relevance to increasing pedagogical quality, the teachinglearning process, and the integration of teaching and service becomes evident. However, it presents a challenge, as it requires a joint and continuous effort from the preceptorship, all actors involved in the management of Residency Programs, and the management of the institution.: It is assessed that the application of educational technologies favors the qualification of.
